About us
“As technology brings us a world of abundance, access will triumph over ownership.”
Salim Ismail – Exponential Organizations
The Institute
Based on the methodologies outlined in Salim Ismail’s Exponential Organizations, the initiative targets significant problems in multiple cities concurrently. We propose exponential solutions that impact citizens and advance innovation for positive social outcomes. We then create amplification of this effect through a global network and connectivity between client regions.
Fastrack is an institute as well as a conceptual framework for the design of future governance approaches and regulatory frameworks for industries, cities and regions seeking solutions to critical problems.
The story
The Fastrack Institute comes from the thesis that every one of the Global 5000 needs to go through an ExO Sprint, otherwise the time lag of getting the company up to speed is too long and they face an existential threat.
The Fastrack framework empowers citizens, with multidisciplinary teams, to find solutions for critical civic problems. It is a comprehensive process that rapidly establishes design solutions, governance approaches and regulatory frameworks.

The Fastrack Methodology
Our basic framework is a 16-week startup-style sprint that: Connects decision makers and citizens to collaborate to improve the quality of life in their city/region, builds capacity locally to develop and deploy exponential innovation and exponential startups and generates solutions that are scalable to cities worldwide.
